As a counselor based in existentialist and person-centered frameworks, I approach your concerns with a collaborative spirit, seeking to accompany you as you harness your potential for self-healing and direction. I take a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to counseling, meaning I prioritize identifying and utilizing your strengths to propel your growth. Depending on your presenting concerns, we might use a variety of specific interventions to guide our sessions including traditional talk therapy; personality, career, or value inventories; artistic modes of expression; play therapy; and/or written exercises. Your comfort level with various modes of counseling will determine how we choose to proceed.
